As part of the Saint Ignatius High School Entrepreneur Academy (SIEntA), AlphaJump! is a middle school entrepreneur consortium that enhances student enrichment while fostering an interest in entrepreneurship. Through this program, students build and practice the skills necessary to present a business idea to judges in a final "Shark Tank" competition named Catapult. The 2018 Catapult Competition was help on Saturday, April 28 and included 14 participants who presented their business ideas in front of our panel of judges.
The winners of the 2018 Catapult competition are:
In second place, Wildlife Tees - fashion t-shirts with custom designs that benefit conservation of wildlife presented by Jade Morgan.
Placing third, Age Ham - little pigs sent through the mail as a gag gift presented by Owen Shakelton.
A special congratulations to all our 14 participants who presented their business ideas. Our judges were so impressed at what middle schoolers can accomplish with a little knowledge and mentorship from their teachers.
