Baseball:  Attention anyone interested in trying out for baseball.  There will be a mandatory meeting on Thursday, January 24th in the Senior Lounge.  Freshmen will be at 3pm and Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors will be at 3:20.
DEMOCRATIC IGNATIANS ON POLITICS (D.I.O.P.) will be having a meeting this week. Meetings are held on Fridays after school in Mr. Bob Corrigan's Room, LH 321. Stop by for engaging political discussion! All are welcome. Contact Sam Hoag, Martin Hiti, or Michael Donnelly for questions. 
T-Shirt Design Contest—The English Department is accepting designs for this year’s English Week t-shirt. Please submit designs to Mr. Yandek. Designs should be submitted by Tuesday, January 22. See Mr. Yandek with questions.

Drivers' Ed classes begin on Tuesday, February 5. Classes start after school at 3:15 in Room 212. Pick up a flyer at the Student Life office for details and registration information.
PARISH RETREAT - Attention all students! During Presidents' Day weekend, February 15-17th, Saint Clarence Parish in North Olmsted, along with Saint Peter Parish in North Ridgeville, is hosting a retreat for anyone interested. The retreat, taking place at Saint Leonard Youth Retreat Center in Avon, focuses on opening up teens to new ideas about their faith, while building relationships and enjoying yourself as well. The cost for the weekend is $50, and the deadline for signing up is January 18th. Interested students can pick up a flyer from Mr. Pacetti in Campus Ministry (first floor of Loyola Hall) and any questions can be directed to Jackson Sonnhalter at
Students!  Please check your email for a message from Mr. Hess about a unique student exchange program with Jesuit high schools from France and Hungary.   You don't need to speak a foreign language and you won't miss any school.   Simply put, you host a dude in the spring ... you then have the OPTION to go stay with his family in the summer.  Check your email or contact Mr. Hess if you have questions.
PRE-ENGINEERING SOCIETY will be having a meeting TODAY. Our monthly speaker will be Mr. Greg Kronstain, a civil engineer who is the Regional Manager of Transportation Services at CTL Engineering, and has previously worked with the Ohio Department of Transportation. The meeting will be about 40 minutes in Mr. DeCarlo's room, SC101. Stop by if this interests you! Contact Sam Hoag or Mr. DeCarlo with any questions.  

CAT: Today and every Thursday the Christian Action Team gathers in Room 227 at 3 p.m. for 30 minutes to plan, discuss, reflect upon and pray about our Christian Service initiatives.  All students are welcome.  God bless you.  AMDG.
The Science Olympiad team competed at Fairfax High School this past weekend. The team finished in 4th place out of 50 teams representing 30 schools.
