Vocal Music Director/Fine Arts Teacher

Saint Ignatius High School is seeking an exceptional Vocal Music Director/Fine Arts Teacher beginning with the 2017-2018 school year. This full-time appointment includes up to three instructional periods and one proctoring period. The Vocal Music Director/Fine Arts Teacher is responsible for the management and direction of the vocal music program.

In addition, this position is responsible for direction of all choruses and chorus performances including coordination with Campus Ministry for all-school liturgies. The Vocal Music Director will also have the opportunity to assist the Drama Director with the musical needs of the drama program including the spring musical. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a vocal music program and liturgical music ministry in a high school setting and possess the enthusiasm and creativity required to facilitate a robust, active vocal music program.

Custodial Services Supervisor, Second Shift

Saint Ignatius High School is seeking an experienced Custodial Services Supervisor. The Custodial Services Supervisor reports to the Director of Facilities and Events and collaborates with the Second Shift Maintenance and Event Crew and with Campus Security to manage custodial needs including setup/cleanup for all campus events, projects, and daily requirements. In addition to providing maintenance to our historic buildings and facilities, this position often serves as the point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, staff, and event sponsors both inside and outside the school. The ideal candidate will bring a customer service orientation as well as supervisory experience and an understanding of the science of cleaning. This full-time, year round, position works 2:30 - 11 p.m. weekdays subject to change based on events and special projects and includes participation in our generous benefits package.
