This is an opportunity for 8th grade students to see what a real day of classes is like at Saint Ignatius. Students will be hosted by an underclassman for the duration of the day. Join us on any day that is convenient for you.

All men in the Saint Ignatius High School community are invited to grow in their faith and in fellowship through our Men's Ignatian Retreat, which is based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. In this pray-at-home retreat, you will unite with other retreatants in personal stories, reflection, prayer and faith sharing.

In this day-long Academic Challenge style event, teams of 7th and 8th grade boys and girls battle for the Fr. Larry Ober, S.J. Cup of Knowledge. No other event brings together the best grade schools in the area for one day only to compete for the title of “City Champions.”

The Loyola Society hosts an Evening of Reflection for all in the Saint Ignatius community as a time to join together in prayer and reflect on a key message. The event is free and open to the public.

Director of Admissions Pat O'Rourke '90, a self-proclaimed "word nerd," brings you his Etymology Word of the Week. Every other week he presents an online Etymology lesson just for fun!

Inherently we are built for humility since we are built by God, but we are willing to look the other way when an act of pride or arrogance gives us the upper hand. We need to train ourselves in this and all areas where it is easier to indulge our desires rather than stand by our principles.
