LUNCHTIME MASS:  Fr. Guiao, S.J. will be celebrating Mass today during 5th period (11:00) in the Companions Chapel.  All are welcome to attend.
 
THINGS HAPPENING TODAY OR TOMORROW MORNING:
 
The Gonzaga Society will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, at 7:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Chapel to pray for the sick and injured members of our Saint Ignatius community.  We will conclude by 7:45, so there will be plenty of time to get to class.  No registration is required; just bring yourself and a friend.  We hope to see you then.

Seniors only-if you have class, you must obtain permission from the teacher one day in advance to attend. Please be vigilant about checking the college visit schedule so you can plan ahead and not miss the same class numerous times.

Golfers For Others - 2nd Outing:  Our second Golfers For Others golf outing will be held on Wednesday, October 9th at Little Met Golf Course (3:30 pm).  Information sheets and Parent Permission Forms can be picked up from Mr. Cooney (Room 301 Science Building) or Mr. Baron (Room 224 Loyola Hall)  Turn in the Permission Form and $20 and you are signed up.
 
STEM Society:  The STEM Society will have be having a meeting this Tuesday, October 1, in Mr. Foster's Room, SC102. The STEM Society wants to change the way students are able to interact, involve, and grow their career and educational interests in STEM by providing an environment for hands-on activities, discussion, and interactive labs. This year we are expanding on this goal by adding activities and experiments focused on Medicine, Chemistry, and Aeronautics, including a squid dissectionmodel rocket launchespractical chemistry labs, and an egg drop. This Tuesday, we will be doing a new scientific activity and preparing for our squid dissection lab and model rocket launch. If you have any questions or are interested in joining, please contact Ryan Zix '21 or Sanat Subhash '21, and new members are always welcome.
 
Picture retake day is Monday, October 28th.  Ripcho Studio will be here during all lunch periods (10:15-1:15) in the Atrium.  Mr. Franzinger's office has extra forms if you need one.  Thank you.  
 
Prep:  October 1st. College Counseling will be sponsoring Lunchtime test prep sessions for PSAT with Amy Seeley during 4th, 5th 6th, and 7th period which will be held in the Counseling Conference Room. If you plan on attending please sign up using the google signup sheet Mrs. Gabor sent out.
