Fornadel Brothers Achieve Eagle Scout Rank Through Service to Saint Ignatius High School
At Saint Ignatius High School, the values of service, leadership, and community are central to every student's journey. The Fornadel family exemplifies these principles through their remarkable contributions to the school. Timothy ’19, Andrew ’21, and James ’25 have each earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout—a milestone that reflects extraordinary commitment and service. Each of their Eagle Scout projects was designed to directly benefit Saint Ignatius High School.
Timothy designed and built storage solutions for the Saint Ignatius Marching Band. Collaborating with Mr. Dan Hamlin, he created storage boxes for plumes and busby hats, along with a rolling cart for flags and speakers. Timothy continues to stay involved with the Wildcat Marching Band as the assistant flag corps coach and the halftime show announcer at football games.
Andrew’s project addressed important needs for the Campus Ministry department. Working with Mr. Augie Pacetti ’96, he built bases for Mass banners and a storage box for transporting banners, poles, and stands used at events like the annual Potter’s Field prayer service.
Following in his oldest brother’s footsteps, James supported the marching band with his Eagle Scout project. Partnering with Mr. Joseph Goodwin, he built shelves for instrument mutes and drying racks for performance flags.
The Fornadel brothers’ projects exemplify the ideals of service, leadership, and love for the community. The Saint Ignatius community is deeply grateful for their hard work and generosity. Congratulations to Timothy, Andrew, and James on their outstanding accomplishments!
