IGNATIANS FOR LIFE:  Did you know that scientific evidence suggests that unborn babies feel pain at twenty weeks old or even earlier?  Did you know that the United States is one of ONLY seven countries - including China, North Korea, and others - in the world that continue to allow elective abortions after twenty weeks?  The Ignatians for Life Club would like your support in building up the culture of life by a signing a petition to send to our government representatives. Recently the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act - a bill that would have banned abortions after 20 weeks (5 months) - failed to pass in Congress. Our petition will articulate our sorrow for this failure and express our support for a future similar bill. Such a bill would be a crucial step towards protecting life in our country. We need you and your support. We must be a voice for the voiceless. Please stop by the senior lounge to sign the petition and support the culture of life.

JUNIORS INTERESTED IN NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP: For those interested in becoming a member of the National Honor Society--the cover letter and candidacy forms are attached here. Students must be logged into their Ignatius email to view and submit the forms. Please read carefully and thoroughly through the candidacy information to ensure that you are eligible and qualified for membership.  Forms are due by March 20th at 3pm. Please only complete candidacy information if you believe you can fulfill the commitments of membership.

CAT: Today and every Thursday the Christian Action Team gathers in Room 227 at 3 p.m. for 30 minutes to plan, discuss, reflect upon and pray about our Christian Service initiatives.  All students are welcome.  Leadership in CAT is demonstrated by presence and example.   See you after school today and for weeks to come.  God bless you.  AMDG.
