Our Mission is Essential

Our plan to open school in August reflects the input of our faculty, our parents and healthcare experts. With a shared desire for the health and well being of our community, several protocols will be in place. While school may look different, our goal of providing our students with an academically rigorous, Catholic education in the Jesuit tradition remains unchanged.

Saint Ignatius High School

Wildcats Roar and Athletic Hall of Fame Induction

Wildcats Roar recognizes our current athletic success and ensures the strength of the future by serving as our only athletic fundraiser for the year. The addition of the Athletic Hall of Fame induction to this annual event celebrates the rich history of our athletic program.
Wildcats Roar is a celebration of Saint Ignatius Athletics, where we take a look into our past and honor the alumni who paved the way for today’s student-athletes. As an annual fundraiser, Wildcats Roar also aims to provide for the future of athletics at Saint Ignatius with proceeds benefitting all 16 varsity sports and more than 1,000 student-athletes.

On August 24, 2019, we celebrated Saint Ignatius High School athletics and honored our 2019 Hall of Fame Inductees: Mike Sweeney ’78, John Spellacy ’85, Drew Haddad ’96, Anthony Kelly ’99 and Anthony Gonzalez ’03.

Following the presentation, guests toured the newly opened Carfagna Family Magis Athletic Center and enjoyed a reception on the Saint Ignatius Mall and in the Sullivan Atrium.
