The Saint Ignatius Christmas Concert is a time-honored tradition in our community. This event, in partnership with the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra and Chorus, serves as a fundraiser to support tuition assistance for our current families.
While it simply is not possible to fill Severance Hall with more than 2,000 families to enjoy a traditional performance, we are thrilled to announce that we have organized a virtual homegrown performance for you to enjoy from your own living room.
The 36th Annual Saint Ignatius Christmas Concert
will be pre-recorded and will feature talented musicians from within our own community, including current students, faculty, and alumni. The complete performance will be live-streamed through the Saint Ignatius Broadcast Network (SIBN) on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 7 p.m.
Since 1985, the Christmas Concert has featured the presentation of our Magis
Award, the school’s highest honor. St. Ignatius of Loyola called magis
“the spirit of generous excellence.” This award recognizes those who exemplify this spirit in their commitment to Saint Ignatius High School. The 2020 Magis
Award recipient is Patrice Campbell. Her ministry with skilled nursing care and assisted living care at Ennis Court has touched, comforted and blessed countless lives. We are proud to honor her accomplishments and her exemplary devotion to the mission of Saint Ignatius. Patrice will receive the Magis
Award at Severance Hall in 2021 during the 37th annual Christmas Concert.
Online registration is required for the 36th Annual Christmas Concert. Proceeds from the Christmas Concert directly support tuition assistance for Saint Ignatius families. Thank you to all who attend and support Saint Ignatius and our mission.
