Education is Essential

COVID-19 has presented a tremendous challenge for Saint Ignatius High School to balance our mission of providing an academically rigorous, Catholic, Jesuit education along with the health and safety recommendations of leading healthcare experts. On Monday, March 15, students returned to full-day, in-person learning.

Taizé Prayer Service

Our monthly Taizé prayer service will be broadcast live on Sunday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. from St. Mary of the Assumption Chapel. This powerful hour of prayer has become a popular form of worship for the Saint Ignatius community.
Our monthly Taizé Prayer Service will take place on Sunday, April 25, 2021, 7:30 p.m., in St. Mary's Chapel. Feel free to participate in person in St. Mary's Chapel where mask wearing is still required and physical distancing will be enforced, or at home via the Saint Ignatius Broadcast Network (SIBN). Use the link above to tune in from home.

Taizé prayer services feature meditative chants, soft instrumental music, and periods of silent prayer in the beautiful ambiance of candlelight in St. Mary of the Assumption Chapel. The prayer service is 45 minutes in length. Please plan to join us for what has fast become a popular mode of prayer among students, families, and friends here at Saint Ignatius High School.
