Education is Essential

COVID-19 has presented a tremendous challenge for Saint Ignatius High School to balance our mission of providing an academically rigorous, Catholic, Jesuit education along with the health and safety recommendations of leading healthcare experts. On Monday, March 15, students returned to full-day, in-person learning.

Saint Ignatius High School

50th Reunion Class

Due to current events, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone this year's Reunion Weekend events. Please check here for updates as they become available.

As an alumnus in your milestone anniversary year, we are sorry to inform you that due to current events we have made the difficult decision to postpone this year's Reunion Weekend. While we understand this may be a disappointment to many, it is the best way to ensure the safety of our entire community.

For members of the Class of 1970 who were to celebrate their 50th Reunion year, we are working hard to reschedule a celebration for your class in the fall. More information will be communicated as it becomes available.

We are lucky to have such a wonderful alumni community that remains connected outside of school-hosted events. We ask that you check in with your classmates and use this time of physical distance to reconnect with your friends and classmates.

Know that you are in our prayers today and always as we get through this together. We will make future scheduling decisions in accordance with the governor’s orders. Please continue to check your email for updates as they become available.

  • Support

Through our support over the years, the Class of 1970 has impacted the lives of countless Saint Ignatius students and their families. It is our hope in this special reunion year, that we continue our tremendous class participation and challenge our class to raise $100,000 by June 30th. While all gifts to Saint Ignatius will count towards our goal, the reunion planning committee has selected two areas that we feel will make the most impact on Saint Ignatius students both today and in perpetuity. We ask that you prayerfully consider designating your gift to the Class of 1970 Scholarship or to Tuition Assistance via the Annual Fund…or both. Your generosity at any level truly matters. Additional information will be sent in future mailings to our class.
