Our Mission Is Essential

COVID-19 has presented a tremendous challenge for Saint Ignatius High School to balance our mission of providing an academically rigorous, Catholic, Jesuit education along with the health and safety recommendations of leading healthcare experts. Due to a rise in the number of positive cases, we are pivoting to virtual learning beginning Monday, November 16.

The Walton Center

Tutoring, make-up tests and other academic support can be found in The Walton Center. Teachers and student-tutors provide support during the day and after school in all subjects. Need some help? Stop on by!
The Robert M. Walton ’41 Center for Learning assists all students with schoolwork, test-taking and other academic support. Its mission is rooted in the Jesuit philosophy of “cura personalis,” or “care for the entire person.” Students of all grade levels and abilities are invited to utilize the Walton Center to strive for academic success in all areas. A math specialist, intervention specialist, and several associates are available to guide students through their academic tracks.

The Walton Center is open from 7:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:15 a.m. – 2:50 p.m. on Fridays.
