Senior Staff plays a vital administrative role in keeping Saint Ignatius High School thriving. They work closely with the President, helping to guide the school via their respective areas.

This leadership team includes:

Anthony Fior '02, Ed.D.
As principal, Fior is responsible for the academic, spiritual, moral and social education of Saint Ignatius students, as well as the overall supervision of the faculty and assistant principals. His time in the classroom coupled with his Ph.D. in Catholic School Administration have provided him with a deep understanding of the mission of the school to form Men for Others and the leadership skills necessary to help guide Saint Ignatius High School.

Richard Klingshirn '79
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Keeping a school of the size and stature of Saint Ignatius up and running is no small task. Klingshirn’s background in business operations and finance are a strong foundation as he oversees the school’s financial matters, human resources, purchasing, campus building maintenance and new construction.

Lisa Metro
Director of Marketing & Communications

Telling the story of Saint Ignatius High School, its students, faculty, staff, families and alumni, is essential to highlighting the good work that occurs on campus every day. Metro's background in news media, global communications, and public relations helps her lead a team that communicates the mission of the school as it plays out in academics, extracurriculars, athletics, service, admissions, alumni relations and more.

John Morabeto
Vice President for Advancement
With 17,000 living alumni the Advancement office keeps busy. Morabeto manages all fundraising efforts, along with alumni and benefactor relations. He has an extensive background in both philanthropy and education.

Angela O'Donnell
Director of Marketing
Reaching out to prospective students and families, as well as the greater Cleveland and Jesuit communities that Saint Ignatius is part of, requires strategy and creative thinking. O'Donnell works closely with the Admissions and Advancement teams to meet their needs in welcoming new students, assisting with fundraising, and telling our school's story.

Deborale Richardson-Phillips, Ph.D.
Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Richardson-Phillips champions and advances the school’s culture through innovative programs, with a primary focus on the needs of the student population as the Saint Ignatius strategy of cultural transformation unfolds. She works collaboratively with administration, faculty and staff to create the vision for equity and inclusion in alignment with Jesuit principles.

Milena Streen
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Technology is ever-changing and never-ceasing. Streen is charged with keeping the school online through all campus computer hardware and operating systems. With advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Library and Information, Streen likens Information Technology to a library, as both rely on systems and networks in terms of how things are located and stored.

Mary Ann Vogel, Ed.D.
Founding Principal for The Welsh Academy
Vogel is the Founding Principal for The Welsh Academy after serving as Implementation Director. Her professional background most recently includes Chief Educator for the Intergenerational Schools, consultant for Urban Community School and Catalyst Cleveland. She is a Founding Principal for St. Martin de Porres High School and has been a faculty member and senior administrator with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. With her passion for education in Cleveland along with her passion for Jesuit education, Vogel welcomes the third class of sixth graders to The Welsh Academy for the 2021-2022 school year.
