CHRISTIAN ACTION TEAM (CAT)
The Christian Action Team is formed to give students opportunities to live out the gospel and fulfill the mission of the school by being men of service to those in the greater community who are in need. All are invited to weekly CAT meetings every Thursday from 3:00 to 3:30 in Room 224
The Works of Mercy (Matthew 25) serve as the guidelines for all CAT opportunities.
Arrupe Neighborhood Partnership Program
Arrupe sponsors a variety of service programs and events throughout the school year and summer. Some programs are weekly, some are seasonal, and some are annual events. Arrupe programs are enhanced and supported by student, faculty/staff, alumni, and parent volunteers from Saint Ignatius High School.

St. Joseph of Arimathea Pallbearer Society
A unique society established to practice the corporal works of mercy by offering pallbearer services free of charge to those in need, especially the poor. In affirming the value and dignity of human life, the Pallbearer Society represents the community at a person’s final commendation. Another important dimension of the Pallbearer Society is to commemorate and pray for the dead.

St. Benedict Joseph Labre Homeless Ministry
A weekly ministry designed to share food, faith and friendship with the homeless poor of Cleveland. While Labre involves preparing and delivering food to people living on the streets of Cleveland, it also and more importantly is designed to develop transforming relationships with people in need. This activity goes throughout the year.

St. Aloysius Gonzaga Society Prayer Ministry
The Gonzaga Society is a student ministry formed to provide comfort and prayer for the members of our St. Ignatius High School community who are ill or have family members who are sick. The Gonzaga Society meets every Friday morning at 7:30 AM in St. Mary's Chapel. Anyone is welcome to join the Gonzaga Society at this weekly devotion of prayer.

Mission Collection Team
The Missions team solicits funds from the student body to support non-profit agencies and organizations that provide important social services. The Mission team is empowered to direct the funds of the 25 weekly mission collections, totaling over $20,000 each year.

Christmas Food Drive
The Christmas Food Drive is a massive organizational effort that provides holiday food baskets for over 600 needy families in the City of Cleveland. The CFD Team involves the whole school community in gathering enough canned goods and money to purchase other additional food items to round out a generous food basket for each family served. The CFD coordinates the activities of over 400 people on the day of food delivery and works directly with local social service agencies.

Corporal Support Squad
The Corporal Support Squad is an advocacy group that solicits material goods from companies and businesses in order to support the various organizations of the Christian Action Team. Material goods that have been received from the letter writing efforts of the CSS are: winter vests, socks, toiletries, candles, batteries, and water bottles.
