How To Apply

At Saint Ignatius High School, we believe that our students define our community. That is why we take a thoughtful approach to our application process, with each individual candidate reviewed by our 12-person committee. It is always our top priority to evaluate all applicants to ensure that a unique Saint Ignatius education is available to every qualified student, and therefore we encourage all students to apply. All decision letters will be mailed on February 8, 2023.

Diocesan Application:

-Catholic school students will receive their diocesan applications in mid-January from their grade school. Upon submission of the Diocesan application, records will be sent to the applicant's "first-choice" school.

-Teacher (or other) Recommendations: We will gladly accept any additional recommendations that you would like to submit.

-HSPT Score: All HSPT scores from tests taken at Saint Ignatius are already on file, so you do not need to re-submit those scores. However, you are welcome to upload any additional HSPT test scores taken at other schools to your I-Apply account.

Non-Diocesan Application:

Prospective students who do not attend Diocesan schools must submit a non-Diocesan application form on I-Apply, our new admissions portal.

-Teacher Recommendation* - The required Teacher Recommendation form will be submitted via I-Apply. However, you may submit additional recommendations using this form.

-Transcript (if available - view form)

-Report Card (8th Grade - Quarter 1 or Semester 1)*

-Report Card (7th Grade)*

-Standardized Testing (MAP, IOWA, or similar scores if available)

-HSPT Score: All HSPT scores from tests taken at Saint Ignatius are already on file, so you do not need to re-submit those scores. However, you are welcome to upload any additional HSPT test scores taken at other schools to your I-Apply account.
