Saint Ignatius High School

Student Experience

Service, Athletics and Fine Arts. Entrepreneurship, Agriculture and Pre-Med. The student experience at Saint Ignatius comprises lessons learned in the classroom, on the court and in the community.

The values that I learn at Saint Ignatius, such as putting others’ needs before my own and how to be a Man for Others, influence me as a person on and off campus.

  • A Culture of Service

Service is embedded in the fabric of campus life. Students choose to spend Sunday evenings with the homeless, afternoons with neighborhood children and parts of the school day burying the dead. Through more than 20 service initiatives, students voluntarily serve more than 15,000 hours annually.

  • Academic Excellence

A robust curriculum prepares students with real-world experiences in the classroom, the city and across the world. Saint Ignatius is a leader in AP and National Merit Scholars annually.

  • Athletics and Faith on the Field

Saint Ignatius fields 16 varsity athletic teams, plus intramurals and student sports media groups. The Wildcats compose one of the country’s most respected athletic programs.

  • Faith Formation

In all they do, our students are formed in their faith. From retreats and service, to mission trips, Theology classes and daily prayer—our men learn to find God in all things. Saint Ignatius offers Masses daily, and community Masses each Friday morning.
